In the construction industry low transportation costs and prompt delivery are key competitive elements; therefore, Aqua House seeks to produce its RexWall Panels within a radius of 500 Km of the delivery points. In order to achieve this RexWall, has developed, in Germany through a strategic alliance with the leading chemical and machine builder companies, a “Factory in a Box” that is fully integrated and operational inside 10 containers. The factory can be operational within short time of arrival to its destination and it is subsequently transportable according to the market and project needs.

Within 60 days Aqua House is able to establish  a “Factory in a Box”. Each “Factory in a Box” will only require 2000  sqm hall of space under roof plus 500 sqm. Each Factory will be operated by 8 employees for manufacturing, and an additional 4 employees for management, administration and maintenance personnel.

Personnel training (including factory managers and maintenance workers) will take place at Aqua House International GmbH, Germany.

Training: In order to sustain Aqua House standards of quality by clients that intend to use RexWall Panels for Housing solutions, it is necessary to ensure at the site the strict compliance at all stages of the construction process until completion. Aqua House has accordingly set up a system of training and inspection/certification of the work by our clients.

Training graduates become certified to build/install using our Panels and Bonding materials. Aqua House building inspectors supervise the construction work throughout until completion at which point they will certify the good quality of the work so our standard 20 Year warranty can be extended.

Installation, Training and Licensing: Buyers of RexWall panels for housing solutions must have their crews of installers or their subcontractors become Aqua House certified installers before Panels can be delivered since they are responsible for erection at the site. They will be trained in all aspects of putting up a building, such as finishing techniques, bonding and mounting of windows and doors. Upon qualification, they will be certified to take on such building installation jobs.

Into the finest detail: The revolutionary plate production: To fulfil the high quality standards of the makers of Aqua Houses, new ways had to be explored. No European plate production was able to meet the prescribed standards for quality and price. So Aqua House built its own plant for the manufacturing of plates. The RexWall production line, 25 metres long and 3 metres wide, is the largest vacuum laminating table in Europe. The vacuum- and temper technique developed by Aqua House allows the production of plates which come up to even the highest standards of the aircraft industry. The  manufacturing plant for the production of RexWall plates is filed partly or patent and has not been implemented this way in industry before. Over years of testing and research resulted in the existing quality of the plates. Not without pride the young team looks back on many insiders in the sector, who did not think that this result may be reached.
