- Is a composite house firm enough?
Every house is build up statical like typical building constructions. The simple construction is save from earthquakes and hurricanes. - How is the structure affixed to the ground?
Often, the composite tiles are attached to special fastening systems like concrete stabs or conrete rings. Alternatively, there is a good valued composite solution with terrestrial bolts. - How are the walls fixed together?
Basically, the coposite plates are laminated and are cemented internally. That method offers better compounds than every bolt- or conventional connection. - Is the house chemical harmlessly?
Yes.After manufacturing process at industry there are much less chemical substances than i.e. in concrete or other building materials.

- What is a housing boat de jure?
From the forensic position, our housing boats are sport boads with a max. length of 20m and -regarding to mooring and insurance- there is no diffrence. That is attested by the German Llyod who accounts the RexWall sport boats pan-European. Every housing boat gets an European license for boats. Beyond the sport boat guidance, there are special permits like in Hamburg or the possibility to build up on water according to the building construction law. - In which range has to be a composite housing boat to be maintained?
In contrast to concrete and steel, composite housing boats are completly maintenance free. The material is absolutely resistent against water, osmosis and other environmental influences. For you it means no follow-up costs. - How many stories are possible with composite plates?
One first floor with max. one further floor is recommended but one-storied buildings are more cost-effective. A roof-deck can be added easily. - Is it possible to build up an individual housing boat?
Generally, it is possible but like in normal building constuctions it is afflicted with architecture and planning costs. Habitable surface up to 200sqm costs 40.000 Eur/gross planning costs including floatability-, capsize-safety-, ice compression and total structural analysis. - Can you move the housing boat to another place?
If you want to move, it is possible via motor boat easily (if applicable permission of towing). - How much costs a first-time model?
Your dream on water comes true from 100.000 Eur/gross directly out of factory Lauenburg/Elbe dockyard. Housing boat Alpha III: double pitch roof building including two bedrooms and a living room with an open kitchen. Active surface and pantoon of 90sqm (12m x 7,4m), living surface 45sqm. Square meter key ca. = living room 20, bathroom 4, first bedroom 12 and second bedroom 9. - Is it possible to deliver the housing boat in elemental breakdowns and buid it up locally?
The housing boats are delivered in plates and can be build up shortly even in hard accessibly areas. That method saves costs of carriage and avoids heavy load. - Is a composite housing boat available even at winter time?
The patent registered RexWall plates composed of 80mm powerful XPS core, laminated glass fiber and internal composite bearing. So that the building materials have excellent insulations, better than conventional walls and are optimally armed for an all-season use. The composite pontoon endures ice compression and does not have to be lifted out of water during winter time.

Basic plate: 82mm to 84mm; expanded airborne noise protection: 84 mm to 92 mm; expanded fire protection with airborne noise protection: 102mm to 104mm - Do composite plates have a fire protection?
The basic plates have no fire protection. Toward extra charge with fire protection and structural-physical characteristic E30/E115, it is available. It is recommended to take the basic plates without fire protection which get finished with an extra dry construction wall. That dry construction wall can be fixed easily by RexWall special fire-protection gluten nr. 800423 to maps REI30 to REI90 according to German building code. - How much are the insulance values of RexWall plates?
The R-value depends on foam core and mass desity of the material, i.e. XPS 22.80, EPS 20.00 - Does a composite laminated RexWall wall form dewiness in room?
The term of water vapor diffusion means the peregrination of water vapor through the prefabricated parts. It is important to know that water vapor always goes through the cold side of the wall. If the temperature is simular on both sides it goes to the wall with a lower water vapor. Pay attention to the water vapor because it can form humidity if it cools down and achieves the dew-point. The consequence is a liquefaction of water drops. To avoid the liquefaction on the cold side, a so-called stream brake has to be attached to thermal insulation. That stream brake consists of all RexWall plates of the composite laminte of the housing. - How long is the composite building material durable?
The composite material is one of the durablest building materials. Even German factories DIN-engineer standards give one's endurance over 50 years which are not found on other materials.
