Aqua House's Century House designs are Medium Class Affordable homes.   Century houses come in floor plans of over 100 m². As such, they address the lower price  segment for residences in industrialized countries - while offering 100 revolutionary ideas for modern living.   Century houses reflect features typical for the area, and can be built extremely fast. The total construction period, starting with ground leveling through to occupancy, is only two to three weeks. Since the foundation is part of the package, costly pouring of full concrete is also eliminated.   Different versions, typical of the local  architecture for various countries, will be  developed and set up in model communities.

Design Statement, Century House - White Frame:

The design captivates by his elegant simplicity. Outward the building appears mainly massive and shuttered. In contrast inward the building opens up because of the light and open structure with glass.
Sliding sun blinds of wood allows protection against the sun. By the form of the building, we created a sheltered inner yard.The clear design vocabulary is also reflected by the small windows which bring the roof slice to float.The massive corpus comes apart in filigree white frames with glass fillings.As an expression of the modern style you will find translucent solar construction above the inner yard for both sun protection and energy production. These solar panels aim to the sun to get maximum utilisation.You´ll enter the mansion through a well-lit entrance with a hidden cabinet for cloaks. After passing the entrance, you´ll get into the bright hall with an amazing view to the pool and the inner yard.
Upstairs from here you´ll find a studio which is connected by airspace to the hall. On the left side you´ll find the private premises – two bedrooms and the master bedroom, each of them with bathroom and dressing room. On the right side there is an open cooking and dining area. The living room gets separated from the dining area by a wall slice with a large chimney which is open to both sides.

This architecture creates an elegant villa in the spirit of our time.
