EASY BUILD-UP All parts are numbered and can be joined easily. A manual with detailed instructions informs about all necessary steps, no special knowledge required. An engineer will be made available to supervise workers about assembling.

The exactly tailored wall elementsare fitted using a very simple system of cartridges. A 2-component glue is pressed into prefabricated notches and hardens in less than 2 hours. The high-strength junctions can take continuous strain.

Through utilization of RexWall bonding material, the panels are quickly fused becoming one single element.

FOUNDATION NOT NEEDED The floor has to be leveled, but a concrete foundation is not necessary. Rather a grid plant to equate different foundation soil.

All houses are comparatively very light, so that no substantial vertical pressure needs to be absorbed. A 35 m skeleton house weights about 1.6 tons only.

The spatial construction of the house provides additional stability. It consists of high elastic panels and both side glue lines give a very good load sharing for all pieces of construction. For glue line joints there is extensive experience in the yacht industry.

Permanent exposure to the ground environment is unpro blematic for RexWall panels. The house foundation is permanently resistant against water, chemicals, mud, salt, insects, bugs, termites, frost, snow, steam pressure, etc.
