RexWall Material Features, Benefits & Ideas

Aqua House Group manufactures standardized RexWall CSIP that is used for load bearing elements in house and building constructions. The sandwich panels consist of panel core, a top layer and bottom layer. The panel core is made of a construction foam material which is different insulation foams Optionally PP honeycomb cores is used if applicable for the construction like pontoons. The standard materials are fiber glass and a reactive two component epoxy resin system. The epoxy resin system contains a fire retardant. The cured composite layers are not-flammable until F30. Different kind of glass layers are used in case of the static of the building. The thickness of the standard RexWall panels is about 80mm and 104mm; 44mm with PP honeycomb cores. The top and bottom layer has each from 2mm to 4mm. The dimensions’ of a standard RexWall panel manufactured by Aqua House are 10.000mm x 2.480mm.

1. PP Honeycomb Core = pontoon and reinforcements construction

2. XPS Core = high end housing

3. EPS Styrofoam® Core etc. = low cost housing (Export; not for EU/USA)
