18.02.2010 Amsterdam / Netherlands: GreenRexWall SpaWellness with 2.000sqm platform in Amsterdam' at NAi Rotterdam exhibition.

At the São Paolo Architecture Biennale, ‘Architecture of Consequence' was released in October 2009. In this book twenty-five Dutch design practices with outspoken opinions present their views on an agenda for the future of the world we live in. The result is a sample of the creative capacity of designers and a call to design a better world. The international travelling exhibition will be presented in Europe, next to Moscow, at the NAi in Rotterdam from February 18th till May 16th 2010.

Anne Holtrop will present his design for  'floating gardens', featuring a revolutionary spa wellness facility. This Studio Noach project 'SpaWellness Amsterdam' will meet the public for the first time!

12.01.2009 Lissabon / Portugal: Aqua House recently announced plans to construct four manufacturing plants in Spain and Portugal, with the first of four plants slated to open the fourth quarter of 2009. The new development comes as part of a investment with local partners Miguel Ribeiro and José Mexia.

10.11.2008 Paris / France: Amsterdam based concept ‘Green RexWall’ developer Studio Noach was awarded with bronze ‘OXYGEN AWARD’ during the prestigious ‘Les Respirations’ congress. ‘Les Respirations’ is supported by the French Ministry of Environmental Affairs and The European Committee for sustainable Energy.

Professor Ian Fells of the international jury highly appreciated the exceptional sustainable and environmental qualities of Studio Noach’s concept named ‘Green Floating’. A full concept for living on water on a foundation of recycled polystyrene waste (ultimate composite building material / Green RexWall ^TM), in combination with a high-tech sustainable climate system and an ecological and botanical coating of plants and flowers with Patrick Blanc. This formula offers a remarkable contribution in solving some of the major environmental issues of our time.

Earlier this year `Green Floating’ architect Anne Holtrop received the 2008 Charlotte Köhler Prize for Architecture on behalf of the Prince Bernhard Cultural Foundation of the Netherlands.
