Advanced Insulate Composite Construction Panel - Manufacturer

Industrial- and Leisure- Composite Pontoon Solutions

The composite pontoon: The complete construction is build on unsinkable composite VERITAS certificate PP honeycomb cores. The material is the same high tech product as used in "Racing Mega Yacht" industry.

The entire pontoon is coated with RexWall Epoxy, one of the most durable and resistant materials on earth.

The structuare are made to be permanently allocated in water! They do not need to be surveyed and taken out of the water. The shell is literally maintenance-free.

Our all-composite pontoon system can be proven by Germanischer Lloyd by customer wish. This is the most reliable, stable, durable and comfortable pontoon system available on the global market. With its unique patented  resin system it is suitable in all configurations and locations where high standards and high performance are requested.

An all-composite pontoon from Aqua House provides the highest possible standard and comfort. The low weight makes it extremely mobile and makes it possible to ship the pontoon by segement building in difficult areas.

Our wide selection of floating pontoons and accessories is made to meet the greatest demands. We will assist you, of course, by working out solutions to suit your particular installation requirements.

Special Applications: Our RexWall pontoons can be made to practically any specification. A high degree of standardization provides a flexibility to produce pontoons for many different purposes. Floating club-houses, restaurants, swimming-pools, fuel stations, ferry-landings, etc. just to name a few applications can be built to the customer's specification.

Our RexWall pontoons can be used as much more than just breakwaters and moorings. They can serve as ferry berths, loading docks, swimming platforms, launching ramps, floating boat-houses or restaurants, as floating fuel stations with pipline tanks on the shore for diesel and petrol. Modern boats are becoming ever more sophisticated as regards both comfort and performance.

With our "Aqua House Marina Concept" marinas can keep up-to-date with developments, enabling them to provide the kind of service and comfort which is expected of modern boat Harbours. Our floating composite structures make it easy to extend, modernise and repair Marinas in a cost-effective manner. All areas and spaces will be utilised to the full extent in order to yield a better financial return.

RexWall Pontoons can be combined and adapted to suit a wide variety of purposes. Starting from industrial requirements to hobby activities and recreation. pontoons can be the answer to a temporary or permanent need of quays, buildings, working platforms etc. They can serve as foundations for Recreation centres, Factories, Research centres and anything else which requires a location close to the sea. Often we take part in the development of floating composite structures from the early planning stage as they tend to be more flexible and faster to accomplish than installations on land. Additionally, this makes them more economical.

Private Pontoons: If you are the fortunate owner of a piece of ground bordering on the sea or a river, then there are plenty of ways to increase the pleasure, usefulness and value of it by taking advantage of the possibilities floating pontoons offer. The shallow beach can be transformed into a harbour deep enough for sailing-boats. Even the most unsheltered beach can be turned into a safe and calm berth to accommodate your own boat and those of your boating friends. On a floating pontoon you can, e.g. have a bathing-hut, a multi-purpose chalet, a veranda to enjoy quiet sunsets, a spring-board for water games ... just take your pick. These are investments which greatly increase the total value of your property. Our pontoons, from the heavier Breakwaters made of composite to the lighter ones made of composite treated wood, are designed to last for 50 years. They are strengthened against ice, have safe moorings, and they can be equipped with fingers, lighting, electricity and water, according to requirements. They need very little maintenance and have hardly any impact on the environment, if at all. Incidentally, there is one thing we have noticed through the years. Mussels seem to thrive in the shade of the pontoons, where they can grow to become a useful delicacy.

Comparative analysis of pontoons - extract: There are basically three types of pontoons that come into question for floating homes: those made of reinforced concrete, steel, or fiberglass.

The analysis of these pontoons, in terms of their static load-bearing capacity, draft, and maintenance. The main role, however, is played by the weight of the pontoon, since this governs the potential capacity of the building. This analysis also focused on other uses, such as integrated sewage treatment.
