Advanced Insulate Composite Construction Panel - Manufacturer

Composite Pontoon Solutions

The composite pontoon: The complete construction is build on unsinkable composite VERITAS certificate PP honeycomb cores. The material is the same high tech product as used in "Racing Mega Yacht" industry.

The entire pontoon is coated with RexWall Epoxy, one of the most durable and resistant materials on earth.

The structures are made to be permanently allocated in water! They do not need to be surveyed and taken out of water. The shell is literally maintenance-free.

Our all-composite pontoon system can be proven by German Lloyd by customer wish. This is the most reliable, stable, durable and comfortable pontoon system available on the global market. With its unique patented  resin system it is suitable in all configurations and locations where high standards and high performance are requested.

An all-composite pontoon from Deutsche Composite provides the highest possible standard and comfort. The low weight makes it extremely mobile and makes it possible to ship the pontoon by segement building in difficult areas.
